Returns/Exchanges - authorisations are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Please contact us within the timeframe to organise the return. 

If any item is damaged in transit, we require a photo of the item emailed to us so that we can provide details to our courier.

Beauty Products -  To obtain a refund your item must be returned in new, unused and in re saleable condition.

You will receive an exchange for faulty products.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after confirmation to receive your refund in your bank.

If you have requested an exchange of a product that you purchased online, we’ll do our best to fulfil your request, however please note that this may be subject to stock availability.
